Christian Kromme was an innovative tech-entrepreneur for 15 years until he discovered the DNA behind disruptive innovation and how to use this to predict the next big wave of technological disruption.
Áine Maria Mizzoni
Áine Maria is a highly experienced Business Leader, Non-Exec. Director, Organisational Develop. Practitioner and Leadership Coach. She is training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, studying for an MA in clinical Gestalt practice, and training as a Hatha (Vinyassa) Yoga Teacher.
Dunya
Ressang
Dunya (1994) is a consultant at RedZebra Group, Founder of Affect the Butterfly and Co-Founder of Change Contributors. This young and ambitious millennial, driven by her own purpose to inspire people to rethink the new generation, is responsible for the Millennial Journey. She decided she wanted to contribute to the world by tackling the current problems concerning millennials by addressing and helping to develop ‘handles’ for this new generation and people working with them, such as companies and universities. Surrounded by a team of dedicated and experienced facilitators, they all work towards a common goal: to guide the new generation to the understanding, discovering and living of their true personal ‘purpose’.
Based in the Netherlands, Dunya works in both Dutch and English.
Sebastian Wesselius
Sebastian (1971) is the co-founder of RedZebra Group and a strategic Partner of Oxford Leadership. Connecting Purpose, People and Performance is the mission of Sebastian Wesselius. His background in hospitality, sales, business development, performance improvement and leadership development has provided him with an unique combination of insights and skill set to align these three P’s. Working with Sebastian brings you focus, joy and elicits absolute personal responsibility. Sebastian works in both Dutch and English.
Frank

Frank is a partner of the RedZebra Group. He is an organizational psychologist and executive coach specialized in supporting leaders and teams in highly professional and innovative organizations in their quest to become true high performing in an even more complex and rapidly changing world. Based in the Netherlands, Frank works in English and Dutch and has a good understanding of French, German and Italian.
Kees Herder
Kees is co-creator of vision and strategy at Ecloge. He has broad experience as Director European Business Development with Chemcubed, Managing Director at Coldenhove Papier and CEO of Parenco. Kees works in both Dutch and English.
Fionnuala Herder-Wynne
Fionnuala is a strategic partner of both Oxford Leadership and S-Ray diagnostics and partner of the RedZebra Group. She has three decades of experience as Senior Leader, Coach and Catalyst building high performance teams and cultures of innovation within organisations. She has extensive experience in the design, development & delivery of change interventions that have impact at the individual, team and organisational level. She is Irish, born in Ghana, a proud mum and living in the Netherlands. She works in English, Dutch, and rusty German.
